Steelwork delivery. Phase 1 of 3, mainly for new loft and first floor support. This enables us to create new loft structure. In order to gain significantly more ceiling space in new loft, we decided to completely remove old loft flooring beams and install new ones within depth of new steel beams. It is going to be worth it.
